With factory trained service technicians, New Tech Company has the capability of servicing any major brand air compressor. For over 20 years, our service department has been the backbone of our company. Whether your compressor is down and you require immediate / emergency service, or you realize the importance of properly maintained equipment and would like a preventive maintenance program - New Tech Company is the answer.

Express Service Program
New Tech Company is part of a nationwide network of factory authorized distributors who have factory trained servicemen with express service kits - containing factory replacement parts to get your machine up and running as quickly as possible.

 

Preventive Maintenance Agreements
For a plant with a large maintenance department - or one without a maintenance department, preventive maintenance agreements can prove to be very beneficial. Our preventive maintenance programs not only decrease (or in many cases eliminate) downtime but also improve the condition of your compressors.

*Each visit a complete preventive maintenance checklist is filled out.
*Vibration analysis is performed yearly on the air end as well as the drive motor.
*With extremely flexible programs, we can customize a program to fit your specific needs.

Complete Unit Overhauls
Housed in our main Repair & overhaul facility is a full rotary screw compressor rebuild department.  For major repairs, we have the capability to take entire units into our shop and perform complete rebuilds - often in less than one week.  These repairs can include (but are not limited to) rebuilding the air end, rebuilding the motor, performing a full preventive maintenance service, replacing all gaskets / o-rings / seals / coupling elements / etc., repairing / adjusting all controls, cleaning of the unit - including a very thorough cleaning of the coolers, and the replacement of any additional needed components.

Field Service
Our factory trained servicemen are on call 24 hours per day / seven days per week / 365 days per year.  Our service vehicles are stocked with common replacement parts to allow for minimal downtime.

Compressed Air System Installations
Whether you require the installation of a complete turnkey compressed air system or just an air line run to a new production machine, we can handle your requirement.  Our turnkey installations are true turnkey installations - electrical work, duct work (ventilation), air & water piping, machinery moving, etc.
